Malia created wonderful eyebrows for me 7-8 years ago. Went in for my past Covid refresher. It had been 4 years since last refresh. Yikes. Once again, excellent work and great company while providing the service!

I am highly disappointed in Malia and her lack of professionalism. I had an appointment today with her to touch up my permanent eye brow make up. Sadly, I was greeted by a hairdresser who was NOT wearing a mask. I asked Malia why the hairdresser was NOT wearing a mask and was astonished by her answer. She nonsensically stated that the hairdresser did not have to wear the mask sometimes due to the work. Malia then said that I could leave. I stated "I will leave." As I exited the door, Malia unprofessionally and aggressively called out my name and said "don't call me again." I said "I will NOT." It is a STATE MANDATE, due to COVID - 19, for operators & customers in the beauty business to wear masks for health reasons. There is NO EXCUSE for her lack of care or compromised integrity when my health and the health of others in our community could be put at risk. Obviously her ego, could not hear my concern and she did not know how to say, "I will ask the hairdresser to wear her mask." It appears the idea that "the customer is always right" does NOT apply to Malia.
