Elk Grove LL Flooring did not have the product in stock and could not get it for me for at least two weeks. I had to drive to the Reno store at my own expense to get the product. I received no compensation for this inconvenience. They did however give me the standard 10% veterans discount on my purchase.
Our floor ended up being warped before install and within 2 days, Autumn had it picked up and the replacement floor dropped off! So incredibly pleased with her service and quick responses! Can’t wait to see the finished product and excited that it won’t be delayed!
This is the best location in the whole chain. Raymond is a star. Superior customer service from that guy. He restored my faith in LL Flooring after a disaster with the Rancho Cordova location. There is a solid reason why the Elk Grove location has the highest ratings on Yelp and why Rancho has the lowest ratings.
