This is my second visit and I am one who does not like going to the dentist, and I was very reluctant to go, but Dr. Sattout and the staff changed my mind and I recommend them. They are all very nice. I appreciate them all very much.

I had a very difficult and disappointing experience with my previous dentist, where several mistakes were made during my treatment. It left me feeling frustrated, anxious, and unsure about trusting another dental provider. But everything changed when I found Dr. Omar Dental Care.
Dr. Omar is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. From the very first visit, he listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His gentle approach and attention to detail made a huge difference for me. I finally felt like I was in good hands.
This is not an exaggeration at all. I’ve been to Smile Time, I’ve been to another one in Elk Grove by Lampost pizza, and I’ve been to one I can’t even remember anymore. All of the other dental offices would take forever on one tooth, not seem to care about pain, and would let new people work on my very bad teeth. (yikes!) I would leave the office after hourssss with bad pain, and only one tooth done very poorly. I have bad cavities from having weak teeth and I’ve been searching for a better dental office and THIS IS THE ONE! BEST DENTAL OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO!
