Ordered sympathy flowers for my mother's BFF's daughter. They called to let me know the cross was not in stock and would not be in the arrangement, which I knew from their website but they added additional flowers and I was okay with that. I've ordered twice from Laguna Flowers as a bereavement gift, and both times they have been beautiful arrangements that the recipients appreciated. The arrangements matched the website photos, if not better. For one, they were out of items and promptly called about substitutes. Really impressed with the service and quality. Both arrangements were lovely and a comfort to my friends.
