FINALLY a trusted mechanic in Elk Grove. I brought my 2017 Tiguan in for a 2nd opinion after the 1st shop I took it to told me to just sell the vehicle. They said the repairs were not worth the cost of the vehicle…. Which was false.
Got it contact with Mark— he assured me they would be honest about what’s needed for repairs & to let me know if it was time to let go of the vehicle. He got back to me quickly and let me know the common repairs I’d need especially on a 110,000 mile Tiguan.

Excellent service as always. Went in for oil change and was out in no time at all. Great price and fast efficient service. Advised on a plan moving forward on a few things I'm going to have done in the future and I felt reassured knowing that I'd been updated accordingly. I'm in good hands and that's a great feeling. Always a friendly welcoming environment from my service advisor Mark and the owner Santiago.

2013 Land Rover LR4-Mark was my advisor, and he did an awesome job of explaining every detail of the service that my rover needed. He was not being too pushy like some other advisor. Great experience, and I will continue to have my rover service here. ✌️?
