Home Warranty company's hate Huft! Ok this is going to be long but worth it. I had a problem with my circuit breaker box on my house. It started in October 2024, I called American home shield my warranty company for 6 years. My electricity kept going out. I would flip the main breaker and it fixed it at first. But it stopped working very quickly. So I set up an appointment with my warranty company. They sent out a technician and since the electricity was currently working they said my company wouldn't cover any repairs until it went completely out. But it was obvious there was a problem. Dallas was my serviceman and he did a wonderful job. He thought there was going to be a problem removing the old toilet from the existing floor, but we got lucky and everything when well. I give him a A+ for his work. Please change name to Pamela Downs. Vernon passed away in August of 2024.
Nelson did a great job installing two new thermostats in our home. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and showed us how to use the new devices.
We would highly recommend Huft. They are easy to work with, friendly, and responsive.
