Bettina is AMAZING! She got me, my mom, and my friend signed up. We all love Hot Worx, especially that it’s 24/7! But Bettina’s personality is what really hooked us! Love everything about this place. Perfect for mommas!

As a bigger girl, I’ve always had a hard time finding a place that truly fits my needs. Being a woman, sometimes it’s tough walking into a gym — even if no one is actually judging you, that feeling of being looked at can be enough to make you not want to go. That’s why I love Hotworx.
Here, I can work out on my own schedule, most of the time completely by myself in the sauna. It’s open 24/7, so I can go when it works best for me and not feel rushed or uncomfortable. I am a doctor in the area, and I attend HOTWORX classes regularly. I appreciate the flexibility and variety of the classes offered and it allows me to be able to keep active but have time to see patients in my work day. I recommend the infrared sauna use to my patients regularly for reducing inflammation and increasing circulation in the body, and I have enjoyed seeing these benefits in myself. I recommend this gym for those who need more of a flexible workout schedule in their life!
