“My son and I decided last minute to go get hid hair cut for the first time ever. There were several kids ahead of us when we walked in and we were told it would be over an hour. My son wanted to stay and play so I said it was fine. Poor Linda was the only worker there and she worked as quickly and efficiently as she could. She did a great job with my son's curls and I was happy with how kind and patient she was. I hope they get more coverage soon because that wasn't fair to make Linda work back to back clients like that without stopping. The play area is a great idea for the long wait times but needs some cleaning and refreshing. Overall I had a good experience! Please schedule more staff!“

“I’ve gone here a total of four times for my haircut. I waited awhile to write my review but I enjoy going here. The guy at the front desk is really friendly! I don’t think he cuts hair though. They also offer dying your hair, nails and haircuts. I’ve only gone for my haircut so I only have a review on that. I appreciate that they walk you through the haircut, tell you how short or long would you like and also show you. They make sure you’re comfortable with it. They’re Vietnamese as most salons are but this is the younger generation and I prefer that as there isn’t a huge language barrier and they can understand what type of haircut I’d like. They’re get to know you as a person, ask about your life, trips, and etc. feels like talking to family or friends. The only reason they’re only getting a 4/5 stars is because when my boyfriend and I had went, I believe it was a new barber that was cutting my boyfriends hair, well he didn’t do well. Like at all. My boyfriend said he wanted half of his hair gone. HALF. The guy kept saying “half an inch? Okay” and my boyfriend told him about 4/5 times half the hair, not half an inch. At this point, my boyfriend was frustrated and just took the haircut and paid for it. He went to his regular salon, got the haircut he wanted and for cheaper. My boyfriend was clear on his instructions, I’ve never seen the guy barber before. I believe the women are a lot better at cutting hair for men and women there.

“This is a locally owned and operated small business. The owners are a couple with many years of experience in the business and it shows!
Please check them out. I first came to Ivam and Kim because my stylist of decades, who I was reluctant to change, could no longer see me on weekends. I came in for a color touch up for gray hair and I left a very happy and returning client. I have since got a haircut and style with thinning of my thick hair. Ivan is a pro when it comes to women's and men's hair. He knew exactly what style and color would suit me- I was looking for a natural but healthy look. I have since returned for touch up and keratin treatment.
The price is competitive for the quality and years of experience you will get.
I noticed that the color is rich and holds longer than other places I have been.
The salon itself is a clean and cozy space.
So far my appointments have been kept but with many wall in clients, you can expect the couple to work on you while juggling other clients as well. I have not minded so far, although this is a different experience for me.
