This was my second time coming to this location. The last time I visited, I want really pleased with the cut, so I avoided going back and drove quite a ways to another location where I always got what I requested. This time I had to do some shopping at Costco and decided to give them another try. Much improved! I got the cut I was looking for and didn't have any regrets. I will be back in a few more months and see if it is consistent.
Jennifer saved me and a new hair stylist today! She rescued my Haircut 💇♂️. The New Stylist was nice and she will get better with a little help from the Staff at Great Clips in The Ridge Shopping Center of Elk Grove!
Another Great Haircut 💇♂️ December 27th
Went to an independently owned salon in the area had a horrible cut, called Great Clips to see if they could do a fix-it cut. The management team was extremely nice and got me in right away! Gabriella the stylist was very professional and was very skilled at what she does! She tightened up the loose fade & cleaned up the mess. Greatly appreciate the hospitality and experience. I will be back!
