We recently had our stairs updated from carpet to hardwood by Family Floors and More, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had existing hardwood that was discontinued and wanted the stairs to match as closely as possible. The young gentleman at the showroom went completely above and beyond—he walked through the entire showroom, pulled countless samples, and took the time to compare them to a piece of flooring we brought in. Thanks to his patience and dedication, he found an incredibly close match that we ended up choosing.
Kevin, our salesman, was also a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made sure every detail was taken care of and that everything went smoothly. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and did top-quality work.

Andy was a pleasure to work with on the pricing and scheduling side, and the guys who did the tile work are phenomenal. The spacing and grout is all perfect, even in the hard spots with crazy angles.

Family floors and more is an outstanding company to work with! The showroom has a beautiful selection of flooring, tile, carpet, and more. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is someone to help you with your choices and guide you through the process. Kevin came out and measured our floors and explained what we could expect from their company and in what timeline it could be completed. Our project involved having our kitchen tile and entryway tile removed, and new flooring throughout the entire house. The Mohawk laminate we chose is not only stunning but durable and practical in every way. I couldn’t be happier with our choice.

The men who came to work on the house are masters of their craft to the point of perfection! Not only were they industrious, polite and motivated, but every detail was given their full attention and the installation of flooring and baseboards was beyond excellent. I’m still in awe of every detail of perfect craftsmanship.

Family Floors & More did an awesome job! We had originally started by going to a larger chain store looking for carpet for three bedrooms. After having that store come out and give us an estimate, we decided to look at other options. We stopped by the Family Floors & More showroom and met Kevin. He did a great job explaining everything and showing us options that would better suit our needs. We got the carpet installed a few days ago, and we love it!
