We recently had our stairs updated from carpet to hardwood by Family Floors and More, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had existing hardwood that was discontinued and wanted the stairs to match as closely as possible. The young gentleman at the showroom went completely above and beyond—he walked through the entire showroom, pulled countless samples, and took the time to compare them to a piece of flooring we brought in.
