Please check them out. I first came to Ivam and Kim because my stylist of decades, who I was reluctant to change, could no longer see me on weekends. I came in for a color touch up for gray hair and I left a very happy and returning client. I have since got a haircut and style with thinning of my thick hair. Ivan is a pro when it comes to women's and men's hair. He knew exactly what style and color would suit me- I was looking for a natural but healthy look. I have since returned for touch up and keratin treatment.
The price is competitive for the quality and years of experience you will get.
I noticed that the color is rich and holds longer than other places I have been.
The salon itself is a clean and cozy space.
So far my appointments have been kept but with many wall in clients, you can expect the couple to work on you while juggling other clients as well. I have not minded so far, although this is a different experience for me.

I am a consistent waxer and get this service done every 4 weeks. This studio is in Elk Grove and it's right across Brick House and Beauty By Lisa! I love that Anna will send a text message letting me know whenever she is ready to see me. By the time I get out the car, she's already on the porch greeting me with a warm welcome! Here at Velvet Glow Beauty Studio, Anna uses hard wax. The wax she uses during her services is from Wax Bare. Anna is very thorough when waxing her clients. I've had my lower legs and Brazillian done by Anna in the past. She always makes sure that the temperature of the wax is not too hot when applying it to your skin.
