I am so extremely excited and happy with how my brows turned out. I thought I wanted microblading but Jacki was so helpful in explaining why ombré powder brows was far superior and she delivered on her promise. They look so amazing and I can't wait to go back for my 8 week touch up. The entire staff is amazing and let me tell you these people are eyebrow artists. They all love their job (Jacki and the techs that do the shading) and truly care about the client. They are not in it for a quick buck but take their job seriously while also being sincerely happy. While I've never had my eyebrows done before I've been to similar service environments where you can tell the staff is just faking happiness and it's just awkward but not here. Be prepared to feel in such a happy, calm, friendly and welcoming space. They make the environment feel so welcoming and they're so sweet. I'm so glad I went here and did the ombré powder brows over microblading. My eyebrows are finally how I want them to be, and I've spent my entire life disliking them. I came home and stared in the mirror and cried that I finally have brows I love. I hope they know they truly changed my life and already made me more confident and happy about my face! There is no way you could regret going here, this is the best money I've ever spent. On top of everything else, she was so nice to work with my schedule because I have a very hard time finding free time with being a stay at home mom during the week and working on the weekends and not having much help with my daughter.

Jacki is very good at what she does . She truly cares about her clients And she makes sure that you have a good experience while there. She does a follow up with you the next day and is always available if you need her or have questions . Five stars
