Jacki & her team are so good at what they do! Marian did my brows and I am so thrilled with the results. I have bare spots since I am blonde and getting my brows done has made getting ready every day so much easier! The office space was clean and modern and everyone who worked there was super helpful! Had my brows and Lip blush done Tuesday. Jacki and her associate were amazing. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The treatment room was clean and sterile. The process was practically painless and even though I'm still in the healing process, I'm already getting compliments. I'm returning for my touch up in eight weeks. Can't wait to see the final result.
I love my brows! I am very grateful for Jacki and the entire team. It has been 7 years since my brows were last done, and I have been wanting to get them corrected as my brows have turned grayish over the years. I often look at beauty pages to see different artists' work, and I just so happen to come across Brows Concepts Instagram page. I was really impressed by their work, and it just so happened that Ms. Jacki had a last-minute opening the next day, so I inquired about it and ended up booking that appointment. I can't say enough good about Jacki, the owner. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, and talented, but she is so warm, welcoming, humble, and down to earth.
