Kevin was knowledgeable and professional. He was schedule to come out on the same day I called and arrived on time, diagnosed the AC unit and told me what he was doing and what he was looking for.
Unfortunately after over an hour of dismantling the unit and checking the expected voltages at different parts, it was determined it was not a quick fix. Kevin then provided 4 options going forward, each with their price options.
It was hot out and he took his time diagnosing the issue. His time and effort was very much appreciated.

Alex was over within an hour and a half as was told in an emergency situation... elderly woman in 100 degree weather and cooling system not working. Alex was professional, kind, caring, and explained in detail what was not working in the HVAC system. He found out what was wrong and installed the new part in less than an hour with cool air again. Pricing was reasonable.

Jason was very quick to respond to my inquiry regarding a new HVAC system. A knowledgeable Technician was sent out to assess and suggested what would be the best way for me to go. I was given a very reasonable price. Work was started a few days later. The 3 fellows sent out to do the installation of the new equipment were all very professional, worked hard and friendly. And they liked my dogs and cats. The work was completed and everything was explained to me and I was shown how to work the new equipment. Before they left, everything was cleaned up I will be recommending Elite heating and air conditioning company to everybody.
