Loved their service This is my few words as a property owner with rentals Being in the bay area i had sewer issues called Drain time plumbing due to overflow issues The owner said one of thier guys was in the area and within 1 hour Chad showed up Chad is a amazing guy first he explained the dynamic of plumbing and he is a 2 nd generation plumber moment i got to know that i knew i had the best guy on the job Rest went so easy got his electric tool out went thru the shower drainout and it was all fixed and drains flowing freely Chad is a awesome sweet gentleman believe me kind polite wonderful plumber So i can speak for all rental property landlords this... read full review

I needed someone to come and unclog the drain from the dishwasher because it was draining into the sink. Brandon showed up in a couple of hours and gave me a very reasonable price. Very friendly guy. Thanks Brandon.

A Kohler toilet had a broken yellow piece. I ordered a replacement assembly, but all the reading simply said you had to remove the tank and put the new assembly in.
I didn’t feel right about following the instruction, so I called in Zach from Drain Time Plumbing. He said it was better to tear the new assembly apart and replace the parts that I needed. I agreed and Zach made the replacement.
He then noticed that that the fill valve of the toilet was leaking and he came back the next day to replace the valve.
All in all, Zach was excellent. He’s my plumbing go to guy!
