Dr. Nguyen and her staff were fantastic from setting up the appointment all the way through the exam itself. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, not rushed, not pressured. She took the time to outline all my options for vision correction in a way that was genuinely insightful without ever feeling like I was being pushed. That meant a lot to me.
And I’ll be real, I’m pretty sensitive about anything near or around my eyes so this kind of appointment isn’t exactly something I look forward to. But the staff made me feel comfortable the entire time and the whole process went a lot smoother than I expected.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are outstanding. I don't love going to the eye doctor, but Dr. Nguyen makes it so easy. She is understanding of people who may not love the eye doctor, she makes it quick and painless, and adds in a good laugh now and then. Her style makes it a calm, relaxing experience. She makes great recommendations, explains everything and I leave confident in what I have been told and that she is doing what is best for my eyes. Dr. Nguyen is amazing!
