Called in on Monday 12/23 to complain about real estate agent Gina Crane who was the listing agent for the home I bought with my husband and how completely just rude and unprofessional she was. I spoke to the receptionist (I want to say heather) who took my complaint and said the broker manager would be in contact with me not only about my complain but also getting the for sale sign in my yard. I never got a call and the for sale sign was gone so I'm hoping they were the ones who grabbed it. I'm disappointed with the conduct the agents for this company get away with and the fact I was never contacted. My manager takes complaints seriously where I work and addresses as many as he can. Clearly this company doesn't care about their image or how their listing agents treat home buyers. Especially veterans no less. There's a lot of agents and companies in Elk Grove. You would think they'd want to handle negative situations to stay above the competition, but apparently not. This is why people are looking into unconventional ways of finding agents.

Roy Coudright, whom I believe to be a realtor at this office, or his agent, chose to shove their flyer onto my front door next to my NO SOLICITING sign, showing me he either does not understand simple written English or just doesn't respect the wishes of people. Either way, I would never use this realtor due to his disrespect for our wishes. We rarely use the front door and were quite annoyed at all the flyers and garbage people left, basically inviting burglars or anything else, so a few years ago we got a large, easy-to-read "NO SOLICITING" sign that is dead center at eye level adhered to the front door. Since then we have had very few problems. And common sense would immediately let me know if I wished to correspond with this person, take down their address and stick the flyer into an envelope and use the postal service. Not this guy. So I do not trust his reading skills, his hiring skills, or his sincerity in being an advocate for anybody other than himself.
