Matt did a great job, explained what he was doing and what to expect really well. He was also really funny and personable, which made it comfortable having him in my home. I had two 8x10 area rugs and a couch done and it came to $400, a bit expensive but this is a superior cleaning process than steam cleaning. Would use this company again.

Brock was on time during the quoted window, professional and prompt on a Saturday. He was able to treat the stains from a big dog that unfortunately got into some people food and caused bowel distress overnight. The big carpet scrubber equipment and extractor made quick work of the stains and odor. He was in and out very quicky. I highly recommend Brock and wouldn't hesitate to call Brock at City-Wide chem dry in the future.
