First time attending this nail establishment. I actually liked it. The place are clean, relaxing, and the customer service is great. We were welcomed and greeted once arrived at our appointment and was quickly asked with we wanted waters, tea, or coffees. The pedicures and manicure was good. We definitely go back next time.
I’ve been a regular at Chic Nails & Spa in Elk Grove for several years now, and each visit reaffirms why I continue to return. I had called and asked if they could take me in for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. They took me in right away and were very friendly. I called two days later to ask if they could fix a chipped nail, as my best friends wedding was the next day. I went in and they completely redid my gel manicure for no extra cost! Two weeks later and the manicure is holding strong! I will be calling to make an appointment to get my nails done with Kim or Tuong!
