I’m approaching my 100th workout at AMPT as part of a challenge, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Bryan and Roni have created an incredible environment that fosters growth and support. Bryan has been instrumental in helping me achieve pain-free movement, allowing me to train effectively for a recent competition where I placed second. His personalized attention and expertise have made all the difference in my journey. I genuinely wish I had started at AMPT sooner! I’m one of those people that is not a “gym person”. I’ve done private boot camps in the past, and Crunch fitness but always dreaded going and eventually gave up trying. Now that it’s been 4 years, it was even more intimidating trying to start again. Feeling so out of shape. I was referred over to Ampt fitness for the Rock Your Jeans Challenge. It’s exactly what I needed to do a re-set on my eating and start working out again. These are very small classes(biggest one was 7 people so far) that offers way more individual guidance than the bigger gyms. 2 days are strength focused at your own pace and the other 2 days I go are group high intensity... read full review

Can't say enough good things. I'm recovering from a injury. Bryan built a work out plan for my needs and showed me how to do everything, including how to modify a set when needed. I have been going for less than a month and already notice a big difference in mobility. ??
