Don’t let the male techno do your nails…
I’m giving this place 3 stars even though I has the worst manicure done on my nails recently, because usually it’s a fine and mediocre place.
But the male technician did the worse job: the gel was uneven and patchy, he used his own finger nails to push back my cuticles, and even though it has only been a week, my nails are so damaged that the tips are breaking off, which is something that never happens for me because of gel.
It was a joke.. what annoys me the most is that when I came in, I was the ONLY customer in the place, so why would they all agree to let me sit with their worst technician?

Stylist: TRACY is my go-to gal pal whenever I schedule anything at American nail spa. She is always super kind, joyful, & understanding. I can relate with her & always feel welcome! She does amazing work & is the best eyebrow specialist they have. Thank you for your excellent customer service ?
Just had my third visit with Tracy! This woman is an excellent nail artist! She does pristine ombré tips. Her work station is always SPOTLESS! She greets me by name and with a smile! Her prices are fair and clearly outlined. I bring her pictures of how I want my nails done and she always delivers! Her pedicures are amazing! She truly puts in a lot of hard work! I am truly impressed and plan on being a repeat customer for as long as she works here!
