Terrible experience.
They sent a technician who was rude and unprepared. He showed up on a rainy day and walked into the house with no shoe covers. I had to ask him to put some on. He had the shoe covers in his pocket, just didn’t put them on
We were told by the home warranty company that he was gonna come diagnose it and then give him a proposal for what needs to be done. Without asking us or going over his findings he just started hammering away in the shower. He left his old material in the bathroom.
Also He did not have all the tools he needed and asked to use our ladder

Just a heads-up: If this person shows up for home warranty work, be careful. In my experience, they pushed for repairs that didn’t seem necessary and the costs added up fast. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything. I worry that someone less familiar—especially an elderly homeowner—could be taken advantage of. I’d suggest finding someone more trustworthy.
I wish there were zero starts! This company came on November 22 to fix my garbage disposal. it was making a loud noise. I paid $85 as my deductible to insurance. He spent less than 5 minutes, he said it had a screw there. Now I have the biggest leak after he left. Whatever he did, the system is now loose. He left it so much worse. Then I called last Monday and we scheduled an appointment for tomorrow December 3, a week later! Today I checked to confirm tomorrow's time, and they have cancelled my appointment saying the insurance doesn't cover it. I am so furious! Before they came, I had a noise in my garbage disposal. After they left, I have a tremendous leak for the last 10 days with no solution to get it fixed. I hosted Thanksgiving and had to spend the day emptying buckets. The leak is destroying the wood in my cabinets. This is the WORST service ever! Now I have to buy a new one so I can get installation at a reasonable time frame. Oh! They sent me a survey about the service and I told them it was terrible. I imagine it was after that when they cancel appointment and said insurance doesn't cover it.
