My Apple laptop, 11 years old, would not activate and has been in the dark for over a year ?. Took it to BEST BUY to see if they could repair, but they could not.My neighbor recommended N*** Crossing. Took my laptop for a consult and Eric took a good look at it. What a great experience at N*** Crossing today -- with a very special thanks to Eric who helped problem-solve a sticky software issue on my MacBook Pro. Eric really was a star in dealing with an Adobe Acrobat problem -- which as a teacher and writer is a serious problem, as all my work deals in PDFs. I was at my wit's end trying to gain access to my PDFs, which were all frozen out because of some glitch in the program. I did all the internet research on the issue I could, restarted, reinstalled, called Adobe's support line, and nothing was working. This is an outstanding computer repair business. The owner, Jim, is extremely smart, honest, and kind. This is a rarity in today's businesses. They do fast work and are really reliable.
