These guys are life savers!! My nine-year-old daughter accidently knocked over our fish tank and the water completely drenched the entire carpet in my living room, so I called JJ & CC about an hour and a half before they closed, the representative I spoke with was so helpful and polite, she let me know the techs would arrive in about 20 minutes, they came in and took a look at the water damage and let me know they had to extract the water. It was a faster process than I had expected, after all the water was extracted the guys cleaned my entire carpet and even removed some stains that I’ve had there for years! They were also nice enough to apply a 15% discount to my bill and that’s What really stood out to me, there outstanding customer service starting from there office representative Alejandra to their techs Danny and Miguel! I will be using them in the future!
Miguel and Danny arrived at my apartment Saturday afternoon, I haven’t cleaned my carpet in years and was extremely worried certain stains would not be able to be removed. Danny looked at my two rooms, hallway, and living room and let me know of the price before he started and let me know the stains that would come off as well as the stains that would be trickier to be eliminated. Pleased to say that the results were better than I anticipated, the tough stains did end up disappearing after about 14 hours, Danny explained to me that he added a unique solution to the stains that would cause them to disappear within 24 hours, everything went well, great quality work and remarkable customer service!
Danny and Jonathan did a great job cleaning my carpets over the weekend! I called JJ & CC on Friday and they managed to scheduled me even though they were booked. And I am happy they squeezed me in as I had party on Sunday night. Danny called me on Saturday that he on his way and arrived on time. They then explained the cleaning procedure, connected the equipment and started cleaning my carpets. They cleaned the living room and the hallway. While they were doing the carpet, I also asked Danny if they could help me clean two rugs. He took a look at the carpets, gave me a very good price and cleaned them right after. Now that’s what I am talking about. I really enjoyed working with them. They were polite, friendly, and professional. I have already recommended to two friends!!
