I’m visiting from out of state and was very well pleased with the care and attention I received. The staff were most kind and the physician was thorough with a very good bedside manner. I have pneumonia, quite to my surprise and if you know you know!! They just don’t pull that diagnosis out of the air. Much thanks to this facility and the people that make it possible. ❤️

I have been to this urgent care countless times and have never had a bad experience until today. I came in and there was no one in the waiting room. Literally nobody at the urgent care. They said there was no wait. I was then put in a room for 45 mins. After 45 mins I came out to ask what was going on because I had to go pick up my kids. Then they swabbed me for all the things, and then made me wait another 30 mins even though I asked if a doctor could concurrently examine me.
The doctor then came in and completely GASLIT me. He said he was prescribing me some nasal spray to help with my congestion and facial pain. He never came back with the paperwork and I had to leave to get my kids. Then I go to the pharmacy to find out he’s “prescribed” me OVER THE COUNTER MEDICINE. WHAT A RACKET. This was completely ridiculous and I don’t feel like I was properly assessed and dealt with in a professional manner.

I called ahead to asked if they are able to cut ingrown toenail that was causing me pain. I get there and the dr says they dont. waste of gas and time.

Had an excellent visit with Dr. Matthew Mejia today to evaluate my daughter's foot injury. Great bedside manner, thorough exam, thoughtful counseling and all within a reasonably amount of time. A+ experience.

The staff here was kind and attentive — I felt well taken care of in that sense. But medically, the experience left me concerned.
I came in with severe gut issues and submitted a stool sample. When I called back to follow up and received an “everything’s negative,” I expected that meant a full panel had been run. I was told to take Imodium and try not to eat much, which felt more like masking the problem than solving it.
Something didn’t sit right with me (literally and figuratively), so I asked what was actually included in the stool test — and only then did I learn they hadn’t tested for viruses or parasites. Days later, after worsening symptoms and fatigue, it was confirmed I had a large parasite.
This review isn’t about the staff — they were wonderful. But patients deserve FULL transparency. If something isn’t being tested for, say it clearly. A vague “negative” result isn’t helpful if key pathogens were never screened in the first place.
