My wife called Local Air Heating & Cooling Service a little while ago to check our HVAC system because the hot water in the upstairs shower did not seem warm enough. They came out, explained the issue clearly, and showed us it was just user error with the shower controls. They did not charge us for that visit and gave us a few helpful tips to keep the heating system running the right way. A short time later, i noticed a light fuel smell near the utility area whenever the furnace ran for a long cycle. Fantastic experience with the HVAC service team. Ayden was able to schedule two technicians to our home in under an hour to inspect our AC system, while other companies had much longer wait times. Roger and Theodore were very professional and clearly explained what they were checking, how the cooling system was performing, and why each test mattered.
