It was a great experience. He was very cordial. Had a great sense of humor putting up with my shenanigans. I asked to trade in the old thermostat and he said no but of course I understood that it was just a joke. He did a great job recommending the right thermostat for our needs. It was a pleasure having him in our house, even though I gave him a free cup of coffee he appreciate that. He replaced our very old thermostat in the house
Nicolas Lopez was very professional and helped fix our ac problems and discovered other problem areas and brought those to my attention. He was very thorough and cared about the service he was providing
