Nick arrived when stated and started work as soon as he got there. To my surprise he seemed to know what the problem with the air conditioner was immediately. An he was correct in his assessment. Within minutes the problem was taken care of and the air conditioner was humming along. I cannot thank Nick and Coles Services for the quick response and the expertise Nick showed.
Appointment updates from the company on eta were made up until 45 minute window for time of arrival. Pleasant, knowledgeable technician wore booties into the home, diagnosed a simple issue, corrected it, and the home is cooling again.

I have secondary home warranty insurance and they have sent 3 different contractors to look at my AC unit and still no explanation as why it didn’t work. I decided to contact Coles plumbing and heating and pay out of pocket and I am so glad I did. From start to finish Hunter was extremely knowledgeable diagnosing the issue and explaining in detail. He is very helpful and I highly recommend Cole’s heating and plumbing as Hunter is a testament to there success in ensuring good old customer satisfaction that is appreciated. A plus for service, communication and an eagerness to customer satisfaction.
