Lovely staff, always polite and friendly. Great service too! I’ve had a vintage 90’s Neiman Marcus leather jacket restored here, as well as a Mackage wool coat from the early 2000’s. They offered to tighten the buttons and threads. I love my clothes and like to take care of them so this place is fantastic to me. I also take the basics (office clothes) for their upkeep here.
The manager coordinated with me to allow me to pick up my dry cleaning during the weekend after there was a mixup on store hours. Thank you for accommodating so I could wear my attire to my event.
Rosie's fabulous customer service is what brought me to Hollyway Cleaners and kept me coming back. They have been beyond accommodating during these COVID challenges. When ever I give feedback the fix the problem. The customer is definitely their priority.
