I have had the privilege of being treated by Stephanie for a long time. She has helped me so much with a variety of ailments. From calming anxiety and panic attacks, to relieving chronic tightness in my jaw and neck. One time I felt the tightness in my neck unravel as soon as she put the needles in, stopping a migraine in its tracks! I am very sensitive, and Stephanie understands how to work with my sensitive system. She is an excellent healer and acupuncturist. She is very knowledgable, gentle, kind, and friendly. I trust Stephanie, and highly recommend her!

Stephanie is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. She worked wonders on my sinuses and helped ease the pain in my hips from bursitis. I wasn't sure if it would help at first but it did and I will definitely go back for other issues. I highly recommend her.

I started seeing Stephanie a few months ago for shoulder and neck pain that came on quite painfully and suddenly. After a few days with no improvement, I thought I would give acupuncture a try, and booked an appointment with Stephanie. She instantly made me feel like I was in great hands. She is welcoming, patient, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I started to feel better that very same day and kept improving with each visit. I ended up booking a few more appointments even after my neck was 100% because I left each visit so relaxed and happy. Her space is very inviting and there is easy parking in the back. I was a little nervous about seeing someone during the pandemic, but Stephanie takes excellent covid precautions and the building is very clean. If you are curious or nervous about trying acupuncture, Stephanie will walk you through everything and make sure you are comfortable. I have since recommended her to family members and everyone has had a great experience, as well.
