Thank you Cinthia. You got me to ground and feel lighter which was so needed. Pura Healing provided acupuncture and cupping. She moved me out of pain and back into my breath. This woman is magical and why she is part of my selfcare.

I have been seeing Cinthia for acupuncture for more than 1-year now and I am so lucky to have found her! Cinthia is a true healer--she has helped me in several areas including digestion and menstruation. I have seen marked and steady improvements in both of these and in all of the other areas treated. Cinthia is intuitive, has such an inviting demeanor, and provides consistency. Her knowledge of natural methods of healing has helped me in my journey. I started coming to Cinthia for acupuncture when I was experiencing lower back pain near my tailbone. I knew that if I ignored it, it would only get worse. After about 3/4 sessions, the pain had mostly disappeared and after about 2 more sessions it was gone. Due to distance & other circumstances I stopped coming in for sessions but once I got pregnant, I knew I would benefit from Cinthia's healing hands. She takes her time to understand what you're experiencing not only physically, but emotionally, so it almost feels like a therapy in addition to acupuncture, reiki, healing crystals, & aromatherapy.
