I loved the environment. It was our first time here and although we arrived like 5 mins late, we got serviced right away. My daughter liked it, and she doesn't let just anyone touch her hair lol
We LOVED our first experience at Fireflies. The day after Thanksgiving, we visited Ms. Elena at the shop and we enjoyed her and the entire experience. First of all, the shop is VERY kid-friendly. Every station had its own flatscreen television and the whole vibe was super fun. We were the only customers at the time (two kids) and she took us back-to-back. But the thing is - these were the BEST haircuts they've ever had. Elena made it look SO easy. She was quick, efficient, and super skilled, on top of being a lovely and super-nice woman. What a gem of a person she is! We will keep coming back to Fireflies to see her specifically. Loved it all.
Really great for toddlers. We had a nice experience and the haircut got multiple compliments right away! I hope the haircut grows out nicely but for now it looks awesome. Vibe is casual and engaging for the little ones.
