Getting ready for my 40th high school reunion I decided it was time to treat myself to some tlc for my hair. I have been taking cate of my own sistah locks for a very long time. A friend recommended Doni. First off love the fact you can go to her website, make an appointment and get a price list of the services offered. The salon is a little slice of heaven beautifully decorated, plenty of free street parking as well as their own parking lot in the back, coffee, water or wine available. A very classy place. Even though I'm not in every month, Doni has cared for my hair for most of the last 15 years. She's never steered me wrong. Even when I tortured/bleached my hair w another stylist. She's been reliable, reasonable and accommodating. Thanks Doni.
Doni is very skillful at her craft. She straightened my hair and it stayed straight for 3 weeks!!!!!! Even with the steam in the bathroom.....I'm impressed. My hair did not have a smokey smell either.
