We had the same tax person for several years and were quite anxious about making a change when he retired. I met with Paul in his office in Manhattan Beach to get help start a new business; he was able to give me all the pros and cons between LLC, Sole Prop, and S corp and Corp. He was patiently explaining a lot of principles that that helped me through the process. His set up for my business saved me 50% of self-employment taxes. I have hired the office for Bookkeeping and tax services as well. I have been getting financial statements on time which helps see were my business is going.
