My old tankless water heater had reached the end of its life. The company was able to send out a technician the day after I called. Daniel was great. The new unit works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this company to others.
Family was in need of emergent services as I have small children and hot water is a priority. Our tankless water heater was not igniting and needed to have a part replaced and service, unbeknownst to me. I contacted Rheem and was referred multiple references. The first one I called, auto rejected the call, however, a text was received. I responded and the conversation generated from there. I was informed service would transpire on Tuesday, but I stressed the desperation in my daughter’s care and my toddler’s needs. With that being said, same day appointment was scheduled.
