    Great service, Daniel the technician came and installed a new water heater in timely manner and explained the issue with previous one. Will definitely be using them moving forward.

    Daniel is very nice and responsible. He gave us a good deal for the parts replacement. And he has it fixed right after he got the new parts for us. Very professional and fast! Finally, we get hot water again! Thank you so much! Highly Recommend his help to all of you.

    My old tankless water heater had reached the end of its life. The company was able to send out a technician the day after I called. Daniel was great. The new unit works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

    Family was in need of emergent services as I have small children and hot water is a priority. Our tankless water heater was not igniting and needed to have a part replaced and service, unbeknownst to me. I contacted Rheem and was referred multiple references. The first one I called, auto rejected the call, however, a text was received. I responded and the conversation generated from there. I was informed service would transpire on Tuesday, but I stressed the desperation in my daughter’s care and my toddler’s needs. With that being said, same day appointment was scheduled. It took a bit of time and that was fine. Job completed and I could NOT be more elated! Highly recommend! The tech they sent out was astounding! His attitude, demeanor, his courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism was expertise. I’m known for leaving bad reviews when they’re deserved. This business deserves all of the kudos! Keep up the good work! Be sure to inform your employees how good they are. The tech that was sent out put the icing on the cake with my experience here. I’ll be having annual services as long as I remain a tenant in this home. Thanks for coming out to help my family!

    First of all, we are grateful for Yelp reviews! Someone had written a review on here about their Noritz tankless heater that stopped working, that was flashing a 903 error code, which was exactly the problem we had! (We didn't buy this heater; it came with the house so we had no idea what to do) To be honest, it was tricky to get in touch and confirm an appointment time. Their voicemail box was full so I was unable to leave a voice message. Shortly after hanging up, I received a text message "Can I call you later?" - No name attached (I usually delete/ignore/block texts from people I don't know!) and it so happened that I had their Yelp page open so I knew who the number was from. After some back and forth by text, it was confirmed that they would show up on Monday afternoon at 3. By 3.30pm, nobody had showed or communicated, so I reached out and they said they were running late and would come at 5-6pm. By 6.30pm nobody had communicated and they were still not here so I reached out again and said they needed another hour due to traffic. I had been sitting around at home waiting for 4 hours already, so you can imagine how stressful this was. We hadn't showered in 3 days and I wasn't sure if the technician was really going to show up. Eventually the technicians showed up - it was already dark, and got the job done. They did a full service and repair. Everything went smoothly after this. Although I wish they had not said one time and showed up 4 hours later, and were better at updating me on delays, we were so relieved to have hot water again, that all is forgiven and we are happy. Yes, we will be calling on this company again for the annual servicing, because they are clearly experts at this work, and would recommend them if you have a Noritz tankless water heater.

    Review for: Installation of the Noritz NRCR111DV by TANKLESS WATER HEATER REPAIR & PLUMBING Co. (owners Daniel and Saray)

    We reviewed TANKLESS WATER HEATER REPAIR & PLUMBING Co. a few years back when Daniel was called to service our generation 1 Noritz tankless water heater (8 y/o). Since the first visit we have used him exclusively to perform maintenance and repair. We decided his year we needed to upgrade to the Noritz second-generation unit, which is better built, better quality parts, better manufacturing quality control plus added features. Daniel’s bid was very competitive plus we knew we would be getting a quality installation and reliable follow-up. Like in the past, Daniel WILL NOT disappoint.

    Look back at my previous posts about the company. Everything I have said about him remains true to now. There is nothing more I can say. The picture of the installation says it all.

    We have trouble with our water heater twice and its because of factory defect and they made it so easy for us as they were the ones who communicated directly with the manufacturer. They are so quick in aswering our questions regardless of the time you text/call them. At times am losing my patience and snap for a bit, they were still very patient and corteous towards dealing with me. Two thumbs up for this company!

    Daniel and Jose just fixed my Noritz tankless water heater - they were professional, efficient, quick to assess my problem and a joy to work with. They not only fixed my error, but they were creative in directing water away from my house. I highly recommend this company!
