Went in today for iud removal as my ob wasnt giving me a close date to get it done. Called friday and got a appt the next day. Everyone was very friendly and they were actually able to give me another iud. (Removal and insert new one). Stacey did it for me and she was super nice and answered all my questions and concerns. Will be be back here instead of my ob had a way better experience here.
The location at El Monte is great, nice staff, clean, well maintained and well informed. The waits can sometimes be long but wait time is said at entrance which was great. Minerva (staff) is such a great help to me. I feel very confortable and have a good experience!
The staff here have always treated patients with respect, compassion, and zero judgment. That’s not always easy to find in healthcare. For many people, this is one of the only accessible and affordable places to receive essential services.
Losing this location wouldn’t just be inconvenient. It would leave a real gap in care for so many people who rely on it. This clinic provides more than appointments. It provides safety, dignity, and support during some of the most vulnerable moments in people’s lives.
I truly hope this location stays open. Our community needs it.
