“We came to this LensCrafters on the recommendation of Sunglasses Hut in Old Town to have a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses adjusted after a poor experience elsewhere. Alexander and his colleague were assisting other customers when we walked in, yet they were still attentive and welcoming.
Alexander personally helped me and immediately made me feel like family—warm, easygoing, and genuinely kind. He took the time to thoroughly clean my sunglasses and carefully adjust the built-in metal so the nose pads wouldn’t slip. What really stood out was his patience—he kept adjusting until the fit was just right and never made me feel rushed, even while helping other customers.
He is also incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and the quality of the frames, down to how each would support the various activities I do. I wasn’t planning to buy new sunglasses, but his exceptional service made me want to support the store. I ended up purchasing a great pair of Maui Jims, and Alexander went out of his way to offer options and explore ways to order a new pair when it turned out to be the last one in stock.

“I did Evo ICL surgery on both eyes. I like my surgeon, Dr. Pham, very nice and through. Facility is clean and staff very friendly. However, I had a slight complications due to high eye pressure. I felt like staff could have done a little better for my post surgery care. They didn't show me how to put on the eye shield, just kind of fumbled doing it. Could have also better explained post- surgery side effects and duration (ie: glare, halo effect, etc). If I'm spending over $9000 on my eyes, I felt like they could at least provide me with adequate eye drops (Tears). I was told to buy the rest from Costco. But overall, IQ Laser Vision did a good job on the things that matter and for that I would recommend their services.“

Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. “My husband had the great idea to use a dish scrubber sponge for his glasses and completely messed them up. Went online to look for a optometrist near my location instead of Walmart and came across Seek Vision. Made a quick phone call and spoke to Ryan who was very helpful in the process of getting a walk in appt last minute. He even helped with my husbands insurance information/verification before making our way and having them tell us they can't see him. Loved that!! Upon arrival Ryan greeting us with a smile (which goes a long way) and was very very welcoming. Office was nice cozzy and clean and the process was easy flowing. Ryan was able to explain to my husband what insurance covered in a very friendly matter after the exam. Had lots of options on frames and just loved his attitude! My husband was seen by Dr.Lee who mentioned was by far a down to earth doctor who took his time to explain to my husband details of his eye Exam.
