It was my first time getting my taxes done, before you book there’s a text box where you put anything you want Gregg to know ahead of your appointment. I put that this would be my first time getting my taxes done. I showed up to the appointment and Gregg was able to give me knowledge about the process and gave me a folder for my copy. Super helpful, and fast:)
