Our A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. When I contacted Cool City they arranged for someone to come the very next day, which was amazing given that they are extremely busy due to the recent crazy weather. They kept me informed of when someone would arrive. Robert was prompt, professional, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He recharged the system with refrigerant, sealed the potential leak, and tested to make sure everything was working. The house was quickly brought back to a livable temperature, much to the relief of everyone living here. I would highly recommend Cool City for both their technical expertise and helpful customer service.

I was very pleased with the service. Monica was very responsive and friendly. She scheduled same day service. Robert was able to complete the service and the AC system has been working great. However, I was disappointed with the billing. I was billed by email one week after service, and the bill was marked PAST DUE, which I didn’t appreciate. I mailed my payment within 3 days of receiving the bill, and still received a Past Due email reminder. When a bill is paid within 10 days of service, it should not be considered Past Due.
