Great company, cool city gave me a great special on 4 of my A/C’s. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced will be recommending all my friend and I will be coming back.
Used them many times in the past when they were Supercool. Had my system recharged by Mike today, and while it cost a lot more than I would have liked, particularly the coolant itself, it was otherwise pretty painless.
After making an appt for them to come out to give me an estimate on my ac repair, I looked at the Yelp reviews and noticed that recently someone was charged 99 dollars for a service fee. Monica told me 129.00 on the phone. I called her back to let her know that her company had charged 99 to another customer, and I asked her why she was charging me 129.00. She told me it was for gas and other costs. She declined to match the service fee so I declined their business. I only live 3.2 miles from their office.
