Our pediatric therapy clinic's waiting room AC was blowing air that parents were measuring at 84 degrees from the supply register using their own thermometers and documenting in complaint emails to our clinic director — warm air that was making the waiting room uncomfortable for children with sensory sensitivities who cannot tolerate thermal discomfort and whose parents were arriving 10 minutes late to avoid the warm waiting area. Our heater required some maintenance and we got a new furnace installed as well. The team was not pre-emptive or pushy in explaining our choices. The installation was relatively easy and fast. The new system is excellent and it heats the house and makes it comfortable.
They did a great job on my central furnace. The technicians were good-natured and were efficient. They ensured that things were going on well and then had their way out. I am already experiencing the difference of heating in my home. Highly recommended service.
