I stopped by Target Optical in El Dorado Hills today, and David once again made my day! He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely cares about his customers.
Last time, he helped me figure out how to save my expensive Prada sunglasses by ordering replacement lenses from Luxottica instead of buying a new pair. Today I came back to have the lenses replaced, and he had it done in literally about a minute!
I’m so happy to have my Prada sunglasses back without having to spend another $500+… Amazing customer service, thank you so much, David!
