They were the ONLY company that was able to accurately and quickly determine the root cause of leaks that had plagued us for years and previous companies were not skilled to find the real reason for the leaks. This summer, as we decided to paint the entire outside of the house, and in preparation of the project, we discovered several areas of dry rot. Repair of these areas required gutter and tile removal, then sub-floor replacement, and finally replacement of the roof. We needed a new roof due to damage caused by another company. CSR was willing to work with us and our timeline to start the project with unusual circumstances. Tear off and in install on approximately 30 square was completed in less than a week. The roof subcontractors did good work with a few errors, but CSR came back and fixed them. The end price was very reasonable, and we were happy with the result. I recommend them to my friends.
