Carter’s has always been a reliable business over our many years of having them clean our carpets.
The technician, Jose, was polite and on time. He took time to first check over everything for special cleaning needs and was efficient finishing in time for us to leave for another appointment as requested.

Another great service experience from Carter's Carpet. We have used Carter's several times over the 17 years of owning our home - sometimes due to a dire pet-initiated emergency and others for upkeep on our carpet to get as many years out of it as we can. Our recent service was for some pet stains and odors and to brighten up the stairway. The scheduling was easy. The day of service went smoothly with a prompt and well-mannered technician and the end result was what we expected. We appreciate being able to support a family-owned local company that does a great job.
Carter’s Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job for us! They cleaned our rugs, upholstery, and carpet, and managed to get out every stain. Best of all, there was no weird smell left behind—everything looked and felt fresh. The technician arrived right on time, was very thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of work far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again for their other services. Highly recommend!
