I went to their office on Monday, August 19th. The treatment I received was a cavity filling and my daughter , who I referred got X- rays. I came into the office and was seen within 15 minutes. My daughter received service within 45 minutes. Front desk Receptionist/ Intake Scheduler, Euciena, displayed excellent customer service skills in making sure we received great, attentive service by checking in with back office staff consistently to make sure we where seen in a timely manner. I have been coming to this location since May 2024, initially I had some reservations because some staff members seemed a bit cold and not welcoming. I posted about it in an earlier review, since that time, my experience has improved and the front office and Orthodontist team have been pleasant.
I had two teeth that needed to be extracted today; the service was freaking amazing, I'm still in shock I didn't feel a thing even with all the necessary pulling and whatnot, I mean my tooth wouldn't budge ,it was definitely a stubborn tooth but the Dentist made sure to get the job done effortlessly and got those bad boys out of there in no times . Also, if I might add...My daughter recently got her braces removed and received her retainer from the same dental company/ office as well and the Dr's/Dentist and staff are always outstanding when it comes to completing any service you need pertaining to your teeth/oral hygiene etc . #happy #thankyou
