Horrible Service and Horrible person. Never recommend this place. She charged me $300 bc I got COVID the day before the appt. Still arguing with my CC. Never go to her, horrible service.

This is a great salon, and the twins (Margaret and Mary) are very experienced and do a wonderful job. The salon has a very nice atmosphere, and I am always happy with the way they do my hair. Highly recommend!

I went to Atsuko for a hair cut and color. Before my appointment, I sent pictures of my hair, sent an email, and had a phone call with her to make it very clear that my hair is wavy, coarse, and textured. I did this because I've had bad experiences at salons before, and wanted to be upfront. Atsuko was extremely pleasant, nice, and seemed very knowledgeable about how to dye certain types of hair. However, despite her best effort, my hair was not dyed or styled satisfactorily. She acknowledged this, offered a discount, and afterwards informed me that she wouldn't be able to work with my hair type in the future, and referred me to another stylist.
