I stopped by the center's booth at El Cerrito Fourth of July festival with incredibly sore and stiff legs, so much so that I was having trouble walking. I decided to try them out although I didn't know if it would work. After the treatment, most of the pain was gone and my legs could move freely. I'm convinced!

Valerie has a very unique and impressive combination of skills. I'm not familiar with many of them, but I accepted whatever was happening with an open mind and an open heart because I trust her; she is so delightful and so human. I believe that availability on my part likely contributed to how incredibly effective it was, and it was incredibly effective. From my session with her I learned that not only does she have a very expansive toolbox, she is a lovely person that you just know you can trust; she co-creates the intimate space with you which allows it all to happen. In my personal experience with her, I got help with my arm and shoulder pain that has been there since as long as I can remember. I recognized the sound healing, and there was some energetic work, but I didn't have to understand fully what was happening for it to be effective; I simply trusted her and my experience. Long story short, for the first time in my life my arm and shoulder isn't screaming at me, I have much better posture and better moods in general. My experience has had a very lasting impact on my body and my heart. A large part of what I got from it all is that I am still exploring that pain and I have learned more about how and why it happens, and I have my own toolbox to remain pain free. I would, and do, recommend a session with Valerie.
