Rasi African Hair Braiding offers excellent service with knotless braids that come out beautiful, neat, and with low tension. The salon is conveniently located in the El Cerrito Plaza shopping center. Sira is an amazing, talented stylist who always leaves customers looking and feeling great. Her braids are super neat, never feel too tight even for tender-headed clients, and she is a super fast braider. The shop is neat with a calm vibe. Hair lasts for months and still looks fresh even weeks later. Sira is easy to schedule with, starts on time, and has clients in and out within a few hours. The quality of work is super neat with little to no tension, and hair lasts at least 4-6 weeks. She is super communicative, accommodating with scheduling, and relatively quick. Customers feel like a million bucks after leaving the salon. Sira is always responsive via text and can execute any style even better than a reference picture. She is gentle, patient, and easy to communicate with. Her braids are quality, gorgeous, and her prices are reasonable.
Sira is an amazing stylist ! I always leave her shop looking and feeling great . Her braids are so neat , never feels too tight ( even though I'm usually tender headed ) and she is a super fast braider.
I also love her as a person - she is very kind and an overall exceptional human !

I love getting my hair done by Sira! She does a wonderful job with my braids and twists! My hair lasts for months. Sira is easy to schedule with, starts on time, and will have you in and out of her chair within a few hours. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a braider in the East Bay!
I have been coming to the Rasi African Hair Braiding shop located in Berkeley for the past 2 years. I found her shop on Google and I am so glad I did! Sira does amazing work and I receive compliments on my hair after each visit!!! Whether it's braids or twists, the quality of her work is super neat, little to no tension, and my hair always lasts at least 4-6 weeks!! She is super communicative, accommodating with scheduling, and relatively quick with the amount of time required for services. 10/10 highly recommend!
