We had a leak in our bathroom sink. Called our neighbor to ask for a plumber recommendation, and ironically they had just used used Phillips Plumbing that same day. Said they would be coming back the next day to install a new part that had to be ordered. We called to arrange an appointment and Brian said he could come the next day, since he would be in the neighborhood anyway. He arrived right on time, found a hole in the pipe and was able to replace it right then. We also told him that the water was draining very slowly so he cleared out the lines, including the one in the wall. Wow...what a difference...definitely our Drano solution would have never worked!
