Concern Regarding Washer Sanitation and Cleanliness

To Whom It May Concern,

I would first like to share that I enjoy coming to your laundromat. The owners are always kind, welcoming, and willing to assist customers, which I truly appreciate.

I am writing to kindly express a concern regarding the cleanliness of some of the machines. Over the last couple of months, after using the larger washer and dryer, I have noticed skin irritation and itching afterward.

Can only speak highly of this laundromat. Clean facilities, supplies for purchase are always well stocked, and the machines are easy to operate and pay for by using the app. Friendly staff who are helpful and attentive.
